Worst motel ever. Dirty. Rude owners. Night manager was awesome though.
Great family atmosphere with great hospitality and wonderful customer service. Laundry room is a bit pricey but the pool is decent and big, nice area to BBQ with plenty of shade. Small parking lot but I really like that its literally next to three gas stations and fast food restaurants. Cheap for one night staying if you travel for business as I do.
Dirty, dirty, dirty. Was it the 3 overflowing trash bags in the crumbling stairway, the beard trimmings in the sink, short curly hairs stuck in the towels, or the stained, cigarette burned sheets that turned me off? Maybe it was getting shocked when I turned on the bathroom light. At least that worked, unlike the lamps in the rest of the room. Turned right around, got a refund and went across the street to the Spring City Inn, which was great and super friendly staff.
The owner accused me of lying to him. My husband checked us in, and when I went to check out he asked me about why I didnt tell him about my dog and a second person. I stated because I wasn't the one who checked in my husband was. Space if I would have checked in I would have cleaned my dog and another person I stated that I would pay him the difference on the price and he's kind of fairy are right and then he said, "you mean to tell me I didn't ask you your name and how many people or how many dogs you have?" I said no because I wasn't the one to check in. HE still didn't believe me very rude very crude and not worth staying there. AGAIN you got to clean your room clean the air conditioner vents everything is nasty.
This is the worst motel in Big Spring. They price gauge because they are next to the truck stop. No amenities, no parking, people hanging out of their motel rooms at all hours. Not clean. There really isn't anything positive to report. Well, except the night manager she was very helpful and nice. The owner was extremely unkind and unhelpful.
