Great buy! Like a tiny apartment, full kitchen w/ pans, dishes. Brand new (2017) and good housekeeping. Reserve well in advance if you want 2 single beds because oil industry keeps them booked. Very quiet even tho booked up.
Very cool place. Only drawback was no HD signal on HD TV. Lol
If you are looking for a extended stay this is the place! I was in a tizzy yesterday about whether to stay in Midland in place that felt like a prison. After stopping here and speaking with office staff I cancelled the "other" place. Within 10 minutes I was unloading the car. Everything you need is in the room "apartment" just add food! A big plus is there is a full size washer and dryer in your room. I felt safe my first night! Looking forward to the next 2 weeks. Very friendly staff if you need anything just ask!
Good place to stay for oilfield workers. The employees are friendly and keep the place clean.
Check in was speedy. Decent view of city. Room was clean. Some wall damage. Good for the price.
