Worst, dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Floors looked like they had 2 weeks of dirt in lobby. Lobby was filthy everywhere you looked. Elevator was filthy. Kids all over lobby eating. (Someone's kids who worked at hotel) We interrupted her eating her dinner at front desk. Our room was not vacuumed and had no towels. After arriving late, we were exhausted ready to shower get to bed. Finally after 45 minutes maid remembered when she saw me that we needed towels. Would never stay here ever again. Looks fairly new, but whoever is in charge is not taking care of business.
The place was booked due to construction and we were unable to switch rooms. The room we were given smelled like mildew. The sheets looked unwashed and like they had just made up the bed again. There was dirt on our floor in the room, on the floor outside of our room, in the elevator, and in the lobby. It was not somewhere I wanted to stay with my children.
It's mostly clean. But they need an overhaul of the breakfast and the mattresses need some form of padding. The water in the shower has no pressure and the sink is the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel or motel. The roof work makes it an eye sore and has been going on for over a month.
Ok so for round 2 here. It's fu***** gross. Everything is still dirty from the last visit. I watched the breakfast lady loose some lung in her hand over the food. We had 2 days where they did not clean our room in one week. We had old dried blood on the bed skirt. Our bathroom was not clean when we got there. And was not touched during our visit.
The best part is that we ate that money we spent for the night as we were unable to get a refund or switch rooms, or have anyone work with us on how to rectify the situation. The front desk didn't seem bothered when we asked twice about switching rooms and our issues. We will never stay at a hotel with this company again.
Room was musky, ac needs vents cleaned out ton of debris in it, whoever posted the washer and dryer in the rooms was mistaken washer and dryer on 2nd and 4th floor, washer and dryer on second floor not working. Room I was in was very small and cramped. For the price I was expecting something alot nicer. But beds were comfy, ac worked good (even though disgusting), hot water was hot.
Very firm mattress, small pillows, very good rate. Location fine, decor good meets industry standard. Not dirty but they could pay a little more attention to detail cleaning. Check in and out quick.
Not sure why this hotel got such good reviews, but my family and I left after booking our room here online. I have never left a hotel and we travel quite a bit to see our family in CA and in TX.
