I waited for FIVE hours total. Half that time was in a room. Did not get treated so I left due to patient neglect. I will NOT go here again and will take my business to Stanton instead.

If i could give this hospital 0 i would!Went in tonight with severe left quadrant pain and told them i was 11 weeks pregnant!Spent 2 hours waiting which i expected. When i got in the room, the nurse took my medical history and my pee.The doctor showed up ,without even a hello, he was like:"what is going on?"I explained my situation,he never even bothered to even check what's wrong with my abdomen,i requested an ultrasound only to be told that my condition does not meet the requirements of getting an ultrasound(mind you ghe pee came out negative)!I understand it is after hours, but the least he could have done is listen to my baby's heartbeat!Dear Dr.Nelson Brian,i truly hope you learn some bedside manners!!!!

Visiting Dr. Chavez office is never a hassle....always polite and attentive staff...

Do not go to this hospital. Was in a rollover car accident with my 7 and 8 year old. They discharged all of us saying nothing was wrong. I now have a 8 yr old in the ICU in a different hospital that just had surgery to repair a torn bowel and has a fracture in the spin. My 7 yr old has a broken nose and the bone under her eye is broke. All these caused from the accident. I have not been rechecked yet but will be.

If you are a vet without VA benefits (such as myself) avoid this hospital and its doctors (especially the "family nurse practitioners") at all costs, especially if your medical issues have to do with PTSD or anxiety disorder. The same goes for Family Medical Center. I made the mistake of calling twice in one day (at the pharmacist's request, mind you) about yet another prescription they had bungled and I received a letter in the mail withdrawing care. In the end, if you are on any prescription medication you can't go without a week at a time, I'd stay far, far away.
