It took FOR-EV-VER to get a CLASSIC pedicure.. which is only supposed to be a 30 minute pedicure. There was no one in there when I got there, except one lady. The lady giving the pedicure did great with the filing, and getting my cuticles clean. However, the massage hurt like hell! As well as, she clipped skin off my toes, and kept clipping!! She was so freakin slow at getting my toes painted. It was like she couldn't see that well, so she kept going back over it with the paint brush.. Oh! And I can't forget how she was literally an inch away from the receipt as I was signing, to see how much of a tip I left her... Yeah, won't be going back..
I am very disappointed. I got my nails done here on the 19th and 2 days later on the 21st one nail has already cracked to the point where a piece has broken off plus they are on crooked so now I have to remove them all to get them replaced
I don't usually write reviews, but felt I needed to this time. (Please read to the end): The first thing I noticed was no soap in the bathroom...not even an empty container. There were no towels, either. At the main sink there were wash cloths to dry hands, but still no soap. Several nail stations were not clean. When the tech dusted the powder from my nails, he picked up the brush from off the floor. He nicked my skin, said he was sorry, and did not clean the wound. He kept filing with the same emory board that was obviously used on a previous customer. When he was finished, he put the file back in the drawer, obviously to be used on the next person. I will not ever go back to this salon, or their other newer nail salon, as I've found out they are both owned by the same proprietor.
This is the worst pedicure I have ever gotten!! They have a terrible staff and terrible service.I was asked to pay and leave before the polish had a chance to dry! I was in there an hour and a half and the guy paid attention to me for maybe twenty minutes. He did an awful polishing job, i didnt recieve the pedicure i asked for and the tech wouldn't pay any attention to me. When he was he was pulling or pushing my legs and hurt me several times. Also, while i was filling out my credit card recipt he stood over me and held the receipt while I wrote on it to make sure i tipped him. Most awful pedicure ever!!!!
This is the worst salon and worst mani/pedi I've EVER had in the past 16 years of getting my nails done! My "manicurist" didn't push my cuticles back or trim them, my polish coats were completely uneven, and they chipped the next day. On top of bad quality, I was completely ignored as soon as someone else walked into the salon and I was also told i needed my ARMS waxed! Mind you, I have baby fine blonde hair and you can't even see the hair on my arms! I will NEVER go back to this salon.
