Service is slow. Food thrown together. Sour cream at one end of the taco is not good. They got a simple combo order around after I repeated it 3 times and even pointed at the picture of the meal. It's the only Taco Bell in this town though.
Gives you tacos with no meat. Waited thirty minutes before someone acknowledged us. Placed order. And now waiting on food it's already been 30 minutes and no food. Shut this place down. Get better help. Reopen. Now they just came and asked if we are still waiting on our food. They didn't know if they made it or not yet
Food is up to par, but the staff... Oh good Lord, the staff. In approximately 12 visits since it opened, they've yet to get an order right. Check your bag before you leave!
Odd restaurant, combines my favorite (Taco Bell), with my least favorite (Long John Silver's). Took an unnecessarily long time to get my food 24 minutes. They weren't busy, there were only 2 other people sitting in the lobby. Food was mediocre, bathrooms weren't clean.
If there were an option to give zero stars that’s exactly what I would. The people who work here are absolutely horrible!! Went through the drive thru and had to tell them 10 times all I wanted on my nachos was steak, beans, and shredded cheese only. We FINALLY get our order and my nachos have everything on them, so we tell the lady at the window and she makes a big deal about it and tells me I have to go inside to get the nachos done correctly. So...I go inside to get my nachos and wait at the counther for FIFTEEN minutes for someone to even acknowledge me, then some rude horrible excuse for a person comes to the counter and has a horrible attitude and starts yelling at me and telling me it’s not my fault that I got the wrong nachos, that I should have checked the screen when ordering (I did and it was right ON THE SCREEN). I will never be coming back here when passing through town. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
