I ordered flowers from Fayes for years and never had issues. I no longer live in Big Spring but felt safe in calling in my order with them for a recent funeral. Boy big mistake! I was told by family friends that my dozen roses looked horrible. One sprig of green was present and the roses were crammed in a vase too small for the flowers! Im very disappointed and pariticularly so given the circumstances. This was a dear family friend and I feel like Fayes betrayed us. SHAME ON YOU!
