Very nice and easy payments

techs were kind to my needs and so friendly. I had a female dentist that explained

and feeling good with no problems at all!!!

I know I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so much.

they're nice people specially the doctors, and I never had a problem before.

This place was great for me. The girls from the front office to both the dental

asking if I was alright, I will always request her. Two days now I had a number of teeth pulled

Red Head reception girl has no clue. I went in because my kids yearly benefits renewed and we needed to finish up work that last years benefits couldn't cover. Well when we first get into office I was double checking to see if my yearly benefits renewed. Red Head says she cant pull that info up. And she does not know why other coworkers told me my benefits renewed because they are not able to look that up. She then states all insurance plans renew in January? Well she also made me pay a fee i owed, which was a dispute in itself. Was trying to figure out what exactly i was paying on? She had no clue either. So i just payed and decided to handle with manager on her next day into the office. We get to the back with dentist. The dentist pulls up info where my benefits renewed and basically showed me that the red head girl has no clue. So we get work done, since i am confident the new benefits kicked in. Well during this, I guess red head told everyone that I am unwilling to pay copay? She never asked me or said anything about this, according to her my benefits don't renew till January? I get a talk down by another dentist on how i must pay copay. Very rude. I told everyone i have no problem paying copay. I understand how it works and i must pay. But the red head never charged me or attempted to charge me and she stated that my benefits didn't renew, but told everyone else I was unwilling to pay. How are you are going to blame a customer for not wanting to pay copay without asking them to pay in the first place???? Very unprofessional and especially with the attempt at making me look like i didn't want to pay. She was the one that had no clue and didn't know what to charge so made it look like I was at fault. As soon as my kids finish up there work I am looking for a new place to go.

everything to me as I was having teeth pull which I needed she was awesome always

my paperwork and the wait time wasn't bad at all.

Never been there before. It was late in the day but I was able to walk-in, fill out paperwork (although had to wait to receive it), get an x-ray, pay, then have a tooth extracted. Dr. Lee was courteous, professional, understood my issues with dental procedures, and was able to extract my tooth pain free. With me I call that a well done job!

Also I called to make a appointment and was seen within two hours and once I got there felled out all
