We were passing through Big Spring and had a flat about 5 miles outside of the town. After putting the spare on I searched for a nearby tire shop. This place had great reviews and now I know why. David the Service Manager was quick to come out and help us. He was very very friendly. He didn't have received size tires in stock. His customer service could have ended there but instead he called around and went to check at another shop to see if they had my tire in stock. When he found it he jumped in his truck and we followed him to the other shop. Wow right?!!? This man went above and beyond to help me and my family. We are from Austin TX. just traveling through and my biggest fear was a flat tire. I thank God for David helping me and my family out today. I will forever talk about Tire Time and the great customer service I received there.
They are quick and friendly very honest don't charge you for checking you a air in your tires make a potentially frustrating situation seem like no big deal make you feel welcome and you know the work will be fine not only quickly but effeciently

worst tire shop i’ve ever been to very slow very very disrespectful employees would highly recomend franklin and sons or walmart over this place!!
